Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one but the request can be fulfilled if the reasons are as listed:
If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
You can not ask for a refund if:
You can not ask for a refund after 7 days of receiving the product.
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed “delivered” in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact us Page.

TO GET A REFUND FOR A FAULTY PRODUCT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT A SHORT VIDEO OF THE DEFECT, WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS
As we try to minimize shipments during COVID. We can only do inspections with a video from you. You DONT need to send the product back to us.
This means you can get your refund within a few days instead of sending the item back to us for inspection. (normally 14-21 days for shipment and inspection)
If you have received a faulty product please send a short video of the product to Support@ubh.co.in ,
In the video please present the defect to us and say a few words so we can understand the problem. This is for documentation only. Thank you for your understanding. If you need more information or assistance please contact us by email or live chat.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at Support@ubh.co.in
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
